Requirements
Human Resource Intern/ In-service Trainee
Location: Hermanus

SANSA has the following Internship opportunity in Hermanus, Western Cape for enthusiastic, hardworking South African citizen in the following area of specialisation or discipline:
Minimum Requirements for placement:
- A student who needs in-service training for 1-2 years to complete an official HR Qualification or a qualified individual in need of practical experience
- Should be 35 years of age or younger at the time of submitting an application
- Be a South African citizen
- Willing to live in Hermanus, Western Cape for the entire duration of their in- service training
Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as appointments, terminations, leave, transfers, promotions, etc. using SAGE
- Ensure proper maintenance of records and easy retrieval of documents as and when required
- Perform all administrative and transactional services
- Administer the recruitment service from advertisement to appointment
- Ensure proper record tracking system
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions
- Organise meetings and events
- Run reports on SAGE and prepare various documents accurately, timeously and in accordance with the specific needs to which the documents are required.
Background verification, including criminal record, credit checks, security clearances, qualifications, and citizenship checks, as well as competency assessment and psychometric testing, may form part of the selection process.
